"Great deals on cute tops"
I picked up a few tops in the sale and they feel nicer than I expected for the price. Delivery was fine and everything arrived in good shape. One top had a slightly looser fit than I thought it would, but nothing major and I’ll still wear it. Overall, really good value for money.

I ordered a denim skirt and two tops from Topshop and I’m so happy with them. Everything looked really cute in person, like I basically wanted to wear the whole order immediately. The designs feel trendy but still easy to actually style, not too over the top or trying too hard. The colours were pretty much spot on compared to the photos, and the cuts are really flattering. I also love that they’ve got simple basics as well as fun pieces for going out. My only issue is that I spent forever choosing because there were about a million things I wanted. Overall, really happy and I’ll definitely be checking back again

"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to send back a pair of jeans from topshop.com becuase the sizing was a bit off. Getting the return label was really easy, and I just dropped it off the next day. The refund came through quicker than I thought too, sure it was around 4 days. No chasing anyone or dealing with stress, which I really appriciated

"Good customer service when it mattered"
I had a small issue with my order and was a bit annoyed at first, but their customer service got back to me quickly and sorted it out without turning it into a whole thing. Based on this experience, it seems like they actually care when something goes wrong, which says a lot. Ended up really happy with how it was handled.

"Cheaper than the other places I checked"
I don’t usually trust all the glossy sales talk shops put out, so I checked around a bit before buying. Topshop ended up being cheaper for the same sort of style, so I picked up some jeans and a top. Didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off, which is what I care about most. Delivery was fine too, no drama. Happy with what I paid.

Got my Topshop order today everything was spot on, sizes, colours, the whole lot. Nothing missing, nothing random thrown in by mistake, which feels like a small miracle after the mess I’ve had with other places before. Happy with it!

"Nice Clothes, but a Bit Disappointing"
The clothes were actually nice when they arrived, but the delivery took longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating. I also felt like the sizing was slightly off, so the fit wasn’t quite what I hoped for. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t really leave me excited either. I wanted to love it more than I did, that was a bit disappointing

Checkout was really smooth. I noticed right away that I could use either PayPal or a card, which I always appreciate because I hate having to backtrack once I’m ready to pay. I’ve been ordering from topshop for a while now, and the size range is probably what keeps me coming back. I’m often in between sizes, so having petite, tall, and curve options makes a big difference, if that makes sense. Most of the stuff I’ve bought fits pretty much how I expected, and the size guide is actually helpful. It just makes shopping online feel a lot less frustrating.
